If the car is going to take a long time for service, they are great in providing loaner cars, this dealer because my experience is always the best. After a quick morning diagnosis, i was provided a loaner car until a part was received. It came in the next morning and my Q5 was ready that day. I bought Audi brand new in July 2024 and followed the Audi service guidelines. I got car serviced as required at the Audi dealership and oil change in September 2025 and tires fine. There was nothing n Audi service guidelines. I got car serviced as required at the Audi dealership and oil change in September 2025 and tires fine. There was nothing noted regarding needing new tires on my report. Second week in November the tire alert comes on and we discover that the back two tires were bald and wires were showing! Had to get car towed to Audi Dealership because unsafe to drive. Even though tires only had 22,000 miles we had to buy 4 new tires. They could not explain it even though I explained the tires were fine in September. More
