I scheduled an oil change on line. Arrived at the dealership and the service advisor indicated that the 30k inspection would soon be due. I would them zero stars if I could! I brought my S8 in as my Adaptive Cruise Control was not working. They told me it was the camera in the mirror/windshield, and it would cost me $18 I brought my S8 in as my Adaptive Cruise Control was not working. They told me it was the camera in the mirror/windshield, and it would cost me $1847.68 to prepay up front for them to place an order with Audi Germany to get the part. It has been 7 weeks since the order, and I was NEVER given updates on the part or its whereabouts even until today. I finally email my service tech Stuart Benson and copied the GM Andre Young about this and kindly ask them for a refund and thank you for wasting 7 weeks of my time. Well I got the refund at least going to my card (Don't have it yet). Well they at least got that right, but the service and communication was awful, something I would not expect from a high end dealership. More
