I was able to get an appointment for service very quickly. Roy treated me very well. The loaner car was great. I would come back to the service department again. Of course, Roy did try to upse quickly. Roy treated me very well. The loaner car was great. I would come back to the service department again. Of course, Roy did try to upsell me an unneeded wheel alignment for $209.95, but this kind of upsell is standard practice at all the dealerships I have been to in Atlanta. I scheduled an oil change on line. Arrived at the dealership and the service advisor indicated that the 30k inspection would soon be due.
