After several rework, Audi of North Atlanta is now saying it was not caused by their team. However, the front clip was never removed to fully investigate further to ensure it was not caused by their techs. They are now refusing all work associated to this check engine fault. More
went to dealership with questions about my apple play and car loosing speed I made an appointment my original service person was Ron he started out rude and then Kay took over she looked at my apple play and car loosing speed I made an appointment my original service person was Ron he started out rude and then Kay took over she looked at my apple play and went got service manager Kevin he was rude I allow them to diagnostic see if my car had a problem they told me I didn't have a warranty they didn't even have my information in computer that's not the worse part the service manager call me in his office as I was a child and informed me that the three employees complain about me asking questions and he actually fix his mouth to tell me I need to apologize not listening to anything I was telling him I'm a senior citizen who was there to only get my car check out I bought my car from there last year this was my first time there for service I ask him if this would happen if I wasn't an African American women they tainted me with no regards and then ask if I was going to return I clearly told him no first impression is important and they were rude to me as a customer their customer service all around from sales to service was horrible even when I went to talk to general manager about my experience with the service department I was disrespected as a customer they told me my apple play was the fault of my apple phone gave me a paper and sent me on my way with no regards to fixing the apple play I hope no one has to experience this kind of treatment I was so distraught about this experience and shaken I only gave a one cause I had to to post this if I couldn't gave negative 0 I would have More

I agree with disappointed25 review. I had the same thing happen. Finally got a loaner for a 6 hour service weeks later but it’s been 3 days and they haven’t even started on my recall re I had the same thing happen. Finally got a loaner for a 6 hour service weeks later but it’s been 3 days and they haven’t even started on my recall repair because I got a loaner! What???? I have plans and need MY car. Wasn’t advised of any of this. They’ve made so many misleading promises and keep popping new ones on me. Buyer beware. I’m learning the hard way. More

On July 23, 2022, I spoke with Alex Price of Audi North Atlanta to request a quote for an extended warranty on an Audi I was purchasing (and specified it should be Audi factory Platinum plan and go to the earlier of 120K miles or 10 years from in service date). He quoted me $10,000. The General Manager, Andre Young, acknowledged and agreed with the quote. However, 2 other local Audi dealerships agreed to sell me the exact same warranty for $5,165. More
Bought a CPO Q7 on February 27, 2022, for my wife. Today is April 11, 2022 and 2 things havent happened. I have not received any CPO paperwork except for an inspection checklist on a sedan automobile form that i had to request on March 18, 2022. The second problem is my temporary tag expires this Friday April 15, 2022, and I can't get any response from the finance department for help in checking on the tag. My wife is to have surgery Friday and I won't hace time to run around and solve this problem after the next couple of days. I also can't get any help from my salesperson because they are no longer there. This seems to be the perfect storm of inefficiencies within this organization. At this point I wouldn't recommend this dealer. Perhaps the GM will change my mind when I make that call today. Frustration mounts. More
Roy was a pleasure to work with in the service dept and really jumped through hoops to help us with our extended warranty on our Q7. And our service tech, Guillermo was wonderful too. I was ready to sign a deal for a very slightly used S4, but when I got the papers, they had tacked on over $10,000 worth of useless extras I had neither requested, nor desired.
