Stephan went out of his way to make the entire purchase process very painless. He did extra leg work on the backend knowing the makes, models, and price range I was interested in checking out - which in tu process very painless. This review is very late in coming and to Matt Frier I owe an apology for that. I purchased a limited production 2008 Audi RS4 over the phone--sight unseen-- from Matt within 36 hours of when the car was first listed on Autotrader without photos in April 2012. I believe it was posted on a Friday and the deal was finalized on Saturday after Matt took extensive photos of the car, provided service history, and responded to all my incessant questions about the car. He was a fair negotiator, and we came to a deal in one quick phone call. Once the car was delivered by enclosed transport, it was everything Matt said it would be and more. Having purchased many unique cars 'sight unseen', you put your trust in the seller, whether it is a dealership or a private seller. My experience with Matt, from intial contact through handling of transport exceeded my expectations. He is a credit to the dealership and I heartily recommend him, especially to anyone, like me, who may be purchasing a new or previously owned car 'long distance'. After finding my car on the internet at Audi North Atlanta, I contacted the dealership and arranged everything over the phone before making the long drive with my trade-in from South Florida to Atlant Atlanta, I contacted the dealership and arranged everything over the phone before making the long drive with my trade-in from South Florida to Atlanta. I spoke to Joe Williams and Greg Townsend numerous times on the phone and they patiently answered a million questions for me about the car and the process. After a 10 hour drive I was greeted by Joe Williams in front of the dealership with a handshake and a smile. Joe took the time to go over the car, which was exactly as described. Mike from finance, also a very cool dude, worked the numbers and there were no surprises The price was excellent, the experience was great! Thanks for making this complicated long distance transaction as smooth as it can be! More

He was very personable and truly cared about putting me in the right car based on what I was looking for. He took a signigicant number off the top of the price without me even asking for it - no haggling. He was so hands on for a manager. He made it my best car buying experience thus far. Joe Williams, sales was professional as well. Michael Hect, finance director, worked on getting me the best finance rate possible. I definitely recommend this dealer. More
What a great new car purchasing expierence! Audi of North Atlanta wants to be the best & you can tell! The dealership is super. Their inventory was impressive. My sales guy was Greg Savitt - he was North Atlanta wants to be the best & you can tell! The dealership is super. Their inventory was impressive. My sales guy was Greg Savitt - he was fantastic. He knows more about all the Audi models than anyone else I came in contact with. He is energetic and loves what he does. He is a great sales person too! No pressure, honest talk and advice, even when it came to price negotiation - it seemed like he knew what I was thinking, and let me know what great pricing offer the dealership would agree to. He helped me receive my A-7, and spent over an hour showing me all about it & how to set up my cellphone & how to operate all the great Audi technology on board. Greg called 1 month after I took delivery to see how the car was doing & to answer any questions I had. I have received e-mails and voice mails reminding me of my first service - which went great. I've just never had such a pleasant car buying expierence and highly recommend Audi of North Atlanta - especially Greg Savitt. More
I emailed Matt Frier at Audi of North Atlanta several months back inquiring about 2013 S4. Last week I decided to stop by and see what they had. I asked for Matt as I spoke to him before but it’s been fe months back inquiring about 2013 S4. Last week I decided to stop by and see what they had. I asked for Matt as I spoke to him before but it’s been few months back and the reason why is because he knew about cars and didn't do typical sales pitch and trying to sell me the car. When I spoke to Matt about what I wanted to get he understood and never tried to push me into any car. I looked at used and new S4. I spent almost 9 hours at the dealer and ended up going with a new car. Even though the finance people could learn few things so they can answer questions that customers have instead of just saying those are the numbers and not being able to explain it. At the end Matt (who is not the finance person) managed to explain the numbers. . Matt knows about Audis and it was easy to talk to him from one Audi enthusiast to another. I ended up buying the car and I would buy another Audi from Matt any time! More
Matt Frier was a pleasure to work with, which really made both my wife and me not only comfortable with our purchase, but very happy that we made the right choice. Matt's technical knowledge (degree in automotive engineering) was a real plus even for someone like myself who is certainly not a gear head, and his enthusiasm for the vehicles he sells is contagious. We came to Audi North Atlanta to test drive a couple of cars that I had seen on the internet, already armed with knowledge of Audi's reliability and quality as well as information about the specific vehicles in question. However, we were not prepared to encounter a dealer who treated us not as a commodity or even a customer, but as a client. I really appreciated the no-hassle sales process, and believe (based on internet research, of course) that our deal was not only fair, but quite a bargain for the car we purchased. Matt acknowledged as much, did what he could to make the deal even better by qualifying the vehicle as CPO even thought it had not been listed as such initially, and did not try and steer us toward the more expensive of the vehicles we drove. He instead focused on the one that made most sense for us, based on our discussion with him. That shows that he was actually listening, which sadly is not always what one experiences at a car dealer. His attention to detail and his follow up in the days after we signed the papers was also very appreciated. His manner is very courteous, he has been nothing but professional. My wife and I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in an Audi. More
Joe Williams was one of the best sales people I've dealt with on any large purchase. Being in sales myself, I am easily turned-off with bad tactics, and poor service. This is not the case with Joe. He was very attentive, professional, listened to my needs and expectations, and literally had all of the right answers. After viewing all of the Audi's available on the internet - eBay, Craigslist, Autotrader...etc.. I kept coming back to the one on Audi North Atlanta's page. It had the best stats and options, lowest price, CPO'd, and it was fortunately, closest to my home (1.5 hours) away. I took a visit to just have a look and was immediately sold on the condition of the vehicle. It was literally a 9.9 of 10. After a quick test drive, I wasn't going to let this one slip by. Joe worked with me on the vehicle I drove up in, and was able to close the deal within an hour or so. Pretty amazing, I must say. The service I received at this dealership was top-notch. Joe, Greg, and Rene make a great team and are well experienced to make the car buying process as seamless as possible. No need to fear making a purchase at the dealer. Kudos to the excellent staff at Nalley Audi. More
