Like most dealerships this time of year, Audi North Atlanta was very busy. Unlike other dealerships I visited, Audi North Atlanta was responsive and made sure someone was available to help me soon aft Atlanta was very busy. I found my salespeople, Sandra Parks and Greg Savitt to both be very knowledgable and professional. The negotiation process was straightforward, and without a lot of the dramatics I've experienced at other dealerships. Greg was particularly thorough and great about encouraging me to contact him with any questions or concerns. Overall, I would recommend Greg, Sandra, and Audi North Atlanta. More

Mike was a very attentative and low pressure guy. Becky is a great service advisor I have used with previous cars. Went in to test drive an A4 and A6 as I had been eyeing both for several months. Experience was great. Worked with both Rod and Matt. Although this dealer is a 45 minute drive and further than other Audi dealers in my city, I'd drive past the others to get to this one. More

I found a 2013 CPO Audi allroad on the dealer's website...from the 1st time I called, Jong Kim was outstanding...very helpful, answered all my questions, very quick/prompt to return calls and email website...from the 1st time I called, Jong Kim was outstanding...very helpful, answered all my questions, very quick/prompt to return calls and emails, worked very hard to make me comfortable that I was getting the best deal possible. I drove 2.5 hrs to purchase the car. Jong was again awesome in person at the dealership. He and the CPO sales manager Greg did all they could to help me get the best deal and be satisfied. I appreciate all of their hard work and would ABSOLUTELY recommend Audi North Atlanta to anyone in the market for a new Audi. I came to check out used cars just for information gathering. Michael Sanborn went out of his way to accomodate me with multiple options. He spent alot of time with me and did not rush me.
