I first came across your dealership on Saturday January 31st 2011. I was very interested in the GS 300 auto that I am happy to announce I purchased. But the incredible salesman that was so awesome is Joe Williams. Joe was very easy and upfront to deal with from the moment I met him. Because of the holiday weekend and my credit having a freeze on it Joe did everything he could to help me that day. I must say until I was able to contact Equifax Joe was in contact with me everyday right up to the point that I was able to get the freeze lifted. I just wanted you to know that his customer service skills and patients is one that should be recognized. As a customer I am sure to tell everyone about my experience at your dealership along with the outstanding salesmanship Joe Williams displayed the entire time. He never walked away from the customer because of a small glitch. The next gentleman in my years of purchasing automobiles is probably the best and most personal business manager I had ever come in contact with. Robert Wagner came out and introduced himself to me before we ever begun to start the paperwork process. Once in his office he explained to me the upfront work he was able to get done in order to get me the best rate on a used car. I was very pleased at his remarkable rate and still can't believe it. We talked about life changing moments and how things have changed over the years. We talked family and how retirement is not what we both want to do. It's boring…LOL Robert is a fantastic business manager with impeccable business skills that should also be recognized. Paula you have to fine gentleman's as I am sure you have others. But these are the two I worked very closely with and they are to me a great addition to your organization. Happy New Years to you and on a side note I visited two (2) other Nalley dealerships and their customer focus or lack of was nowhere near what you and your team is offering. Service advisor, Roy Reboucas, is the 'sole' reason "WHY" I will not only return to Audi North Atlanta, but will highly recommend this dealership to a colleague of mine considering a new Audi purchase. "WHY" I will not only return to Audi North Atlanta, but will highly recommend this dealership to a colleague of mine considering a new Audi purchase. The service customers receive after the purchase is the most overlooked area in most dealerships, but not the case here. Roy, not only makes every visit a pleasant experience after your purchase, but is the 'driving force' behind not even considering another dealer after having been served by Mr. Reboucas. Many other dealers attempt at making service visits all about the waiting area and catering to clients with coffee and pastries, when in truth most customers would much rather return because of great employees like Roy instead of fancy coffee services and desserts.........there are plenty of places to visit for hot drinks and fruit filled breads. I have owned BMW's, Lexus's, and other luxury automobiles; however my next car will come from where I can bring it for service and have Roy Reboucas handle all of my after purchase experiences!!! More

I had an opportunity to experience an Audi for a month trial period. After that month, I was sold. Paula McCannon went above and beyond assuring me about Audi, a car I was not as familiar with before al trial period. After that month, I was sold. After recently moving from out of state I came across this great dealership. In comparison to my old Audi dealership this place is a life saver. All service reps that I have come across have been extremely helpful. Even on a busy day they were able to pencil me in without appointment to take care ofa few, minor things. Overall a geat dealership, I I highly recomend it. Plus you havee to love the free car wash with service. More

There were distinct differences in this dealership when compared to others. This is our first Audi, and was attracted by two things: safety and style / performance / reliability record. Check out: safercar.gov and iihs.org for safety info. Our salesperson, Greg, knows his Audis - he took time listening to what I wanted. He clearly explained all the wonderful new technology, going so far as to pair up our iPhones with the car and reviewing how to setup the new nav system with a couple destinations. You can't miss with Greg since he does two things great: he (really) knows his product and every feature- he's truly an Audi expert, and he also is easy to work with - easy to forget he is a (typical) salesperson. Everyone I met has worked there for some time. In this type of industry that means something. It says that the management is good to the employees and the employees are truly interested in what they do and who they deal with (me and you) It shows. More
The customer service at Nalley Audi is the best of any dealership. Everyone went out of their way to give my husband and I the best car-buying experience. The sales associates worked very hard to get us dealership. Everyone went out of their way to give my husband and I the best car-buying experience. The sales associates worked very hard to get us the exact car we wanted (down to every small feature). Absolutely no pressure was applied to us to spend more than we wanted or to compromise on what we were willing to purchase. We had to wait about a month for our Q5 (because we were waiting for the 2012 models to roll out) but that wait was made much easier by the diligent phone calls from one of the associates letting us know the current status of our order. The car came in perfect condition and was detailed excellently before being given to us. Our main contact, Matt Frier, took the time to explain the various features of our car, navigation system, etc. At no point during the experience did we ever feel rushed or like "a number." The price we paid was fair and extra allowances were made because we had purchased 2 Audi vehicles in the past. Speaking of which, as an aside, the service and parts departments are of just as high a quality. Every possible thing is done to make having your car serviced as convenient as possible. Simply put, go to Nalley Audi. Your experience will be top notch. More
I traveled 400 miles to this dealership based on their extensive inventory. The trip was worth it! I found the car on the dealer website (inventory) and they held the car until I could get there. The attention to detail was excellent. When I arrived, they had it cleaned spotless and ready to go. The thorough presentation of the car and all it's design features was excellent. I am writing this because I am SO IMPRESSED by the amazing service I received from both Steve and Greg and a few others last night. As I was heading home to Marietta I noticed a flapping sound and amazing service I received from both Steve and Greg and a few others last night. As I was heading home to Marietta I noticed a flapping sound and was lucky enough to pull into the Audi lot in Roswell. Upon inspection I saw that my right rear tire was low on air. It was just after closing, but Steve was inside and offered to look at the tire. Not only did he look it over but he and Greg drove it over to the side of the dealership and filled it with air. They then noticed a huge nail or screw in the tire. They could have sent me on my way with the air but instead they took their time to remove the nail and apply a plug!!! They had a WONDERFUL attitude even hough it was after hours and hot!! In addition they advised me to seek a patch soon even though they seemed confident the plug would hold. They showed concern and caring to a complete stranger. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting GREAT experience. Thank you!!! Thank you!!! You are the best! Marcia Ewen More
