Stay away from this dealership! Stay away from this dealership, they have the worst service department. My Audi A4 2010 with only 90k mileage indicated yellow engine sign problem on Stay away from this dealership, they have the worst service department. My Audi A4 2010 with only 90k mileage indicated yellow engine sign problem on the dashboard it happened as I went through a huge water puddle (Miami rainy season). So I immediately took a car to a nearby Lakes Auto Center (great honest guys) the car was diagnosed with valve failure, head gasket and timing chain replacement. I called Audi dealership and they convinced me to bring the car for the second opinion. The biggest mistake. They kept my car for 4 days without telling me what's going on or giving me a loaner and then called and told me that I need to put a new engine($12k), or I should tow my car back to Lakes Auto Center. Henry and Richard gave me the worse attitude during the whole process. I felt absolutely helpless. Lexus next door was absolutely great. I love my Audi but after my experience in North Miami Prestige Auto I would never go back! Waist of time and money. Unless your car is under warranty stay away!! More

He presented the options of getting the car in a clear way. During the time I was with him, I feel no pressure on doing business and he asked all the questions necessary to fulfill the needs I wanted with the car. During the test drive, he answered all the questions I had. When it was time to close the deal, an offer was presented from both parties, and Lucas made sure I was happy with the numbers. He helped to move the things from my old car to the new one without even asking him. All the time he make sure I was ok, and brought water without asking, little things like that have a big impact later. During the paperwork process, any question or concern that I had was answered right away. The dealer was already closed and Lucas stay until the end to make sure everything was perfect. When I received the car, Kim Seas took the time to explain me with detail all the technology the car has, she was amazing.
