Customer service was mediocre, I was sent to three different agents before I finally got customer service. Maybe they just didn’t want to service me. (Keep in mind I had an appointment with a confirme different agents before I finally got customer service. Maybe they just didn’t want to service me. (Keep in mind I had an appointment with a confirmed agent who was working the day of and that agent checked me in.) but nevertheless remain calm cause I needed my car service. Car cleaning and sanitized service was very poor. Car was dirty inside and out and car got to me wet , like the team quickly took my car thru the wash. Inside was dirty and there sanitized service was them wrapping plastic around my driver seat and driver wheel on top of un clean un sanitized vehicle and a nice white piece of paper on top of dirty mat to protect them NOT THE CUSTOMER. the car was not cleaned! I left the AUDI dealership upset and lost all faith in this shady dealership in NMB . I left the dealership not speaking to anyone I just jumped in my car no agent approached me , had to remove all plastic wrapping from the inside of the car.My left light system was not working and service light on. I was told over the phone and sent an estimate of a price for over $3,000.00 and was told by an agent to file a report with my insurance company. I was highly upset so I decided to go to a different mechanic immediately after seeing them. Once the new mechanic popped the hood of the car and instantly noticed that the Audi dealership mechanic team unplugged my lights !!!! Left them unplugged and lied and said I had to replace the whole light. I couldn’t believe it. I asked the mechanic to see if the lights are working , they were all working I just needed a new main light sensor for less than $200.00. FYI I called the AUDI DEALERSHIP CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM the day of and was constantly being forward to a automated system after speaking to a careless agent who didn’t care what I just went through. I demanded to speak to a manger and didn’t get the opportunity to speak to one. But I’m happy with the new mechanic way more trustworthy. More
