After charge posted to my cc I contacted dealership and requested callback from service manager who never returned call. 4. Car received 30k service with no additional issues. 5. Service recap references multiple issues reported including burning smell, clicking while turning, coolant light & battery problem which is NOT my car. 6. Still waiting eight days later for service managers return call. 7. I would also like a service report for my car. Thank you. More

We worked with Stefan and Daniel last week to purchase a CPO Q8. It was probably the smoothest experience we ever had. Even before we came in for a test drive he got most of my information so that the finance dept could work on securing a loan before I even arrived. While we took the car for a test drive they worked on getting the paperwork together. When we arrived it was all ready- just needed to sign the papers. What a great way to buy a car. Car was pristine- perfect condition. I highly recommend Audi North Miami. So excited about my new car! More
