The dealership was subpar. I was an out of state buyer, and my salesperson was not very responsive or transparent. The salesman was completely offended when I suggested a lower price that was still very co and my salesperson was not very responsive or transparent. The salesman was completely offended when I suggested a lower price that was still very competitive and less than $1k in difference in price. Keep in mind, I had done countless of hours of research on this car and pricing so I was not randomly throwing out a number. My adjustments in price were requested because there had been a change in mileage, loss of warranty, age factor, etc. He had the audacity to question my motive for traveling to the dealership to “scrutinize the current offer”. He raised his voice and in a very confrontational tone basically scolded me as I was a child. I felt very attacked and disappointed in the fact that I know if I was a male, nothing would have probably been thought of my counter offer. Not to mention, some of the concerns I had were deemed immaterial by his standard. Would not recommend this dealership. Business aside, treat people the way you want to be treated. It’s that simple.
