SCAMMERS! DONT BUY FROM THEM I negotiated a price of a car on Saturday and signed a letter of intent for an agreed upon price and terms of the deal. When i came to pick up the car I negotiated a price of a car on Saturday and signed a letter of intent for an agreed upon price and terms of the deal. When i came to pick up the car the day after they changed the price to $50 higher and said I've mistaken about the price. When i asked them to find the LOI they said they couldn't find it. One of the major terms of the deal was i wasn't going to pay wear and tear (either Audi financial service or the dealership was going to take care of the Bill, didn't matter to me) they went back on that word also. If i can urge people to go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle, please do. don't let these crooks scam you. if you do happen to go there DONT DEAL WITH Seymur Guseynov, Maksim Voytenkov, and Henri, THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET A DEAL DONE AND THE SKETCH YOU ON THE BACK END OF THE DEAL. Upon complaining, the offered a 30% off the purchase price. We reached out to Audi Corporate and they did nothing. The dealer stated they provided a free key - UNTRUE, when I asked to get a receipt of such transaction, Audi Corporate sent us back to the dealer. Scammers and crioks his dealership is the worst place I have ever dealt with. I drove my car there because the check engine light on and I wanted them to only tell me wha his dealership is the worst place I have ever dealt with. I drove my car there because the check engine light on and I wanted them to only tell me what was wrong.First I sat in the service area for 30 min waiting for an advisor that was waiting on ppl and never responded to me until I asked and she told me that she never got my paperwork and I was looking right at it on her desk. Then I was checked in the lady drove my car to the service center and came back and told me to give them about 2 hours. I was ok with that. They sent me in an Uber to have lunch which I thought was great. They called me when my car was done and called an Uber. This is when the horror story begins. I paid the $200 for the diagnostic test went to my car and started it well every light that could light came on. I asked them what is wrong with my car the service manager comes and tells me that he will have the codes cleared and he will be right back. When he came back he told me they can not clear the codes I would need to pay for each code to be replaced then the codes would clear. Well there were 26 sensor lights on. They gave me my money back after i raised xxxx but this was the kicker when i went to drive out of the service center the car would not drive it was lossing power all the lights were going off i barely made it back to the dealership. When i got back service was closed. So i spoke to sales who assisted me and took detailed notes and told me that the GM Dan Minner would be contacting me. I had to rent a car for the weekend. On Monday Minner never called so i called him. He told me that i disrespected his staff i told him your staff sabotaged my. He told me that my had all these problems when i brought it there. I told get my car drivable and i will take it somewhere else He told me that they will tell me the same thing and he will call me with updates Minner was very unprofessional arrogant and just mean. He calls me back to tell me my car is drivable now and i can pick it up. What i wanted to know is how did that happen when initial i was told i have to have all senors replace. FYI this place is a scam and they are crooks. They need to clean house and get a honest staff because they all work together. Oh and the rental i had Minner refused to pay for he told me my car was broke when i brought it there but i drove the car into service with a check engine light. DAN MINNER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. i am working to make that happen More

Was given a loaner vehicle that was clean inside and out, was provided with exceptional service on a personal text/phone call basis and had updates to the service of my vehicle. I don't plan on making it a habit to be in a dealer service center, but when I have to for my Audi's it will be Audi North Miami. More
Hands Down BEST Experience. So I normally don't write reviews, but I feel after this experience I must. To begin with my father was looking for a used Q5. Upon arriving at the facility, it's really nice and well designed. I bought an Audi here back in the days when it was Prestige. Anyways as soon as we walked in the showroom which had about 12 cars one of each model nicely displayed we were welcomed by the staff. Immediately we were personally greeted by Sale person Eric Frazier. From the start he was very welcoming, professional and has an all around great personality. He took his time to hear out my father in what he was looking for and took us upstairs to find the model. Then we walked outside and saw the car (first of 3) upon looking at it my father wasn't;t too convince and Eric took it upon himself and search for other Q5's within the same price range. That's when we saw the two other Q5's one which was the one my father would eventually take home. Eric took the time to explain all features of the car, explained the warranty program and answered all question asked. Then it was time for the dreadful part (the numbers) game right? wrong it was quick, easy and painless. They offer the no haggle pricing which is really great for time. No more of that back and forth. Cars are truly priced fair. After that Eric offered water and soda but we only wanted water. Then once credit was ran it was only like 15 mins until we were sitting in the finance office. Meanwhile the car had been taken to get washed, detailed and full tank of gas. Once all papers were signed again another fast experience with the iPad. The car arrived and man did it look fabulous. You wouldn't even know it was a pre-owned. This experience left me feeling beyond happy that not only my father got what he wanted but the process was really smooth, If your in the market for an Audi go here and ask for Eric Frazier. We will be seeing them again real soon. More

What are these ? .. Well they put tinted windows and wheel locks .. cost of this $497.. When phoned a Manager by the name of Manny to explain that I didn't need those things as I stated in the contract worksheet .. His answer in a very arrogant way was .. Take it or leave it but we are not removing that from the contract .. Few days after I went to have the windows tinted ( only the 2 in the front ) .. They gave me the wheel lock key .. And guess what ? .. a Súper used one probably the one that comes with the car from the factory ... and for that , they charged $497 So if u ever go there make sure you don't get hit with that .. BBB And AUDI North America will definitely learn about this AUDI of north Miami business practice More
