Used Car Purchase I was at the user car division yesterday. Was interested in a Mercedes e300. Sales guy said we have a no haggle policy. Drove Nice, But I found that someone had the car from the front so that front bumper was a little off - but since it was priced right - I said I will take it and sales guy agreed to fix the bumper for free. Sat down did paper and I requested for a carfax report to find that the car was in an accident. So what is the haggle free policy that talk so great about....I requested for a slight reduction in price or atleast take of the dealer fees. The used car manager margarita - came in and said she is willing to do NOTHING - take it or leave it. So rude for an already accident car, thats further damaged again SHE SAID TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT More
Waste of time I seen a vehicle online that I was interested in located at this dealership. Upon checking availability, I was contacted within 5 minutes by the inter I seen a vehicle online that I was interested in located at this dealership. Upon checking availability, I was contacted within 5 minutes by the internet sales manager (Frank Ferrari) & a salesmen (Billy) both telling me the vehicle was still available for purchase. I arrived at the dealership within 2 hours of making an appointment to see the vehicle. After driving 22 miles & waiting 30 minutes in lobby, the salesman tells me the vehicle has already been sold. After expressing my displeasure to the sales manager ( Margarita Pochtovaya) who told me 'it's just unfortunate'. This could have been a positive experience with just a simple phone call, text or email and maybe a little consideration for the customer. More
Horrendous experience overall. It has been 9 months since I purchased my CPO 2013 AUDI Q7 from AUDI of North Miami and I have visited the service department already for about 8 time It has been 9 months since I purchased my CPO 2013 AUDI Q7 from AUDI of North Miami and I have visited the service department already for about 8 times for issues such as engine noises, breaks, interior trims, emission systems, fuel pumps, timing chain tensioner, etc etc etc etc. Several people to include dealer main manager, sales manager, sales associate have been notified about this issue; however, I’m still visiting the dealer on a monthly basis with different problems. I have not been offered a solution for this ongoing situation yet. I’m very concerned when the CPO warranty expires since Audi are not exactly cheap to repair not maintain., More
Blatantly lied about the condition of our vehicle!!! We purchased a vehicle from Audi North Miami to be delivered to Charleston, SC. We had not seen the vehicle, but relied on our salesperson, Tim Blackm We purchased a vehicle from Audi North Miami to be delivered to Charleston, SC. We had not seen the vehicle, but relied on our salesperson, Tim Blackmon, to be honest with us. We asked him multiple times if there were any scratches or dings on the BMW we purchased. We have IN WRITING where he denied that there was a single scratch or blemish on the outside of the vehicle, so we purchased it under those pretenses. However, when the hired driver came to pick up the car to deliver to us, he noticed lots of scratches and dings and pointed them out to Tim who agreed and signed off on the paperwork admitting to the scratches (which he never told us about). When I received the vehicle I was horrified! The car was keyed down the ENTIRE passenger side door. There was also two quarter sized dings on the passenger door that are noticeable from far away. There is NO WAY Tim missed these blemishes. He just chose to lie to us about them. I have tried getting him, his manager and the dealership in general to call me back, but no one will answer or return my call. The one time my husband was able to get Tim on the phone, Tim accused my husband of being dramatic and lying and then hung up on him. I have also reached out to Bob Kinney from the dealership many times with questions regarding how to get the registration and he ignores my emails, calls and voicemails. To the dealership: I NEED SOMEONE TO CALL ME IMMEDIATELY To people thinking of buying a car from Audi North Miami: I would look elsewhere. They care about money only and not customer satisfaction. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. More
I'd give 10 stars if I could! I was in the market for an A5 coupe. Audi North Miami had the best selection. Frank was very responsive and there was no pressure or the usual 'sales' push to get me to come to the dealership. Even though there are other Audi dealers in my neighborhood, I made the longer trip to North Miami. I worked with sales Lance and F & I guy Bob. Everyone was absolutely spectacular! In the end, I left with my gorgeous new S5..............I could not be happier. Don't waste your time any where else, this place is the BEST! More
