He instilled confidence that he knew the product and could answer technical questions. He was very thorough. 2. The work appears to be completed to a good standard. 3. Loaner car process was seamless and easy with minimal paperwork, organized quickly, and conveniently located near service entrance. Negatives: 1. Service Appointments did not seem to be scheduled properly or staffing was not sufficient to handle the volume of service appointments and time needed to complete each appointment, Each time I came in there were at least 3 people waiting in line to speak to an adviser. 2. Due to overlapping appointments, the Service Advisers seemed rushed and were frequently being interrupted by other staff and customers. 3. My car was returned from body shop with interior full of white dust and white dust smeared on inside of driver door. It was taken back to the shop where it was quickly wiped down and returned to me. It was not cleaned properly. 4. Wheel damage was repaired and yellow writing/marks were left all over the side wall of the tire and not cleaned off. 5. My car was returned wet and did not seem to be washed very carefully with some areas that were missed. Car wash seemed rushed and sloppy. At other dealers, I would leave thinking I didn't need to get it washed after. Here I felt I needed to take it to another car wash to get it washed properly. I would definitely recommend Yelson Maradiaga. He was very competent and friendly. However other areas of the service experience (appointment scheduling/staffing & car wash) could use some improvement. More
