Great experience but one small issue Gene was really great. He found me the car I wanted even though it wasn't on the lot. He was also able to come very close my monthly payment based on my credit history. I've told several people about him and the service I received at Prestige. One small issue...my A4 has an Apple connection in the glove box, so I can stream my IPod no problem. However, since I am an android user, I cannot stream apps from my phone like Pandora. Also, there are no AUX or USB ports, so that's not an option. Very strange and frustrating! Most of the latest model cars have these connections. Gene is aware and trying to help find a solution. Nonetheless, I am loving my A4 and thank Gene again for everything! More

Based on thorough knowledge, she made an intelligent comparison between Audi and Infiniti, the other brand we were considering. She went out of her way trying to help us make the decision we would be happy with; as our car had not been delivered, she even asked a manager who had a car similar to the one we wanted to buy to let us take his car for a test drive. Upon delivery, Margarita sat in the car with us and very patiently explained how to use various features, including some (rather complicated) electronics. Thanks to Margarita's knowledge of the brand, attention to details, and professionalism, as well as her positive attitude and pleasant personality, buying our Audi Q3 turned out to be a no-pressure, happy experience. In and Out I had a nail in my tire went to Audi Coral Springs since they were closer but they weren't any help. From there I headed down to Prestige where I purchased My A4 and was quickly greeted then assisted by Christina. Took them an hour to replace my tire and clean my vehicle then I was out of there. Thanks to Prestige my frustrated morning turned into a pleasant one. It was definitely worth the 45 minute drive from Coral springs. More
