A UNIQUE AND PRECISE SERVICE OPERATION I am NOT easy to please. New to Audi (owned BMW for the last previews 10 years), i was kind of skeptical with what kind of service i was going to get I am NOT easy to please. My previews experience with BMW/Fort Lauderdale was impeccable and my service person got to recognize my voice when i called for service. Diana has taken care of me now twice and i can only say one thing: She is the service person for your hard to please clients. She was precise, diligent, determine to please and to the point. As far as i am concern, you do have a good asset in Diana. More

Great experience I had a really great experience with Cristina and Prestige Audi. For way of background, my wife had gone to another Audi dealership more conveniently I had a really great experience with Cristina and Prestige Audi. For way of background, my wife had gone to another Audi dealership more conveniently located a few days ago for a routine 15,000 mile checkup. My wife dropped the car off on her way into work and I called to follow up with their service department, our first issue was being quoted over $550 for a routine checkup, I normally don't question maintenance costs, particularly when it would likely cost me more to take the time from work to take it somewhere else. However, when I called to ask what services would be performed their response was to change the oil filter and a vague reference to "recalibrations and adjustments" which simply didn't add up. I called my wife to tell her that something wasn't adding up, she also told me how when they were writing up the initial report and marking off any pre-existing damage to the car she pointed out yellow splatter on a fender. Their response was very dismissive and they informed her that she had clearly ran into a yellow concrete pole or wall without realizing it. My wife, having mastered common sense and being a fan of CSI, pointed out that it appeared to be splatter from freshly painted street markings and she was able to scrape it off with her fingernail, but she didn't appreciate being told that she had ran into a large concrete object and failed to realize it. Between the cost and their generally dismissive attitude, I called the dealership back and told them to not perform the service and that I would receive a second opinion. They did not like hearing this news and decided to inform me that we had a nail in a tire that couldn't be patched. While the cost to replace the tire was fair and actually less expensive than Prestige Imports would eventually quote me, the trust had already been broken. I decided to get a second opinion from Prestige Imports, which involved me spending several hours out of the office and driving to North Miami two mornings in a row, but proved to be well worth it. Finally, the supposed tire that needed to be replaced simply had a nail lodged in the tread, did not puncture the tire and didn't require so much as a patch. The cost at Prestige Imports was a 1/3 of what I would have walked out the door at the other dealership. However, while the cost difference was a nice bonus the real difference was that I trusted what I was being told and was shown the common respect that I would hope any business would show someone who walked through their doors. Cristina was great, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and detailed, the polar opposite of what I had experienced at the other dealership but what I have come to expect from Prestige Imports. She followed up with an email of all the work that would be done and what the next service would entail. She made the entire process so seamless and enjoyable to the point that the time inconvenience was completely negated. When I was a child visiting family in Miami my parents would reward me by taking me to Prestige Imports to look at my dream cars. I remember the staff talking to me about the cars, letting me sit inside, cranking the engine and taking the time to talk to a 10 year old as if he was their most important customer. Probably didn't seem like much to them at the time, but I'll never forget it and I'm glad to see that nothing has changed in the nearly twenty years since. More
