Due to an occurrence in the past, the delivery of a loaner is no longer available. But Cristina went above and beyond, to have my car towed to Prestige to have it serviced. Because I work very long hours (longer than the Service Dept open hours), she left my keys for pickup with the receptionist. My car was ready, freshly cleaned, and fully functional. I am very pleased. More
