Happy with Audi TSB repair; communication unfriendly. I came in for a technical problem with my vehicle, noting another minor technical problem that had progressively gotten worse. The primary issue was left unresolved, with the service technicians being unable to replicate the problem. As my year car have had extensive issues with this service part, the lack of acknowledgement of the issue by the dealer has me worried it'll fully break right outside of warranty. The secondary technical issue is one that I previously mentioned to the dealer, but was brushed off as being unable to be replicated. However, this time Audi acknowledged the problem, stating there was an Audi Tech Service Bulletin to fix the problem, and repaired it for no cost. I wish they had acknowledged the issue the previous time I brought the car in. The friendliness and communication from the service advisers could be better. I specifically told my adviser that I was only available at my work phone number from 9-5 M-F, not my personal cellphone. However, communication was done entirely to my cellphone number, and only by luck of checking voicemails was I able to handle the repairs. The service adviser was even rude in one voicemail during the afternoon hours, stating they could not get a hold of me for my vehicle to be picked up, and that I would be charged the next day for the loaner vehicle. The adviser didn't communicate clearly that my vehicle was ready for pickup, which delayed my pickup by one day. More

Reparacion Buenas noches ,hace 1 mes atras estuve haciendo el review de las 55000 miles.En esta oportunidad fui atentido por otro representante.En esa ocasion le Buenas noches ,hace 1 mes atras estuve haciendo el review de las 55000 miles.En esta oportunidad fui atentido por otro representante.En esa ocasion le exprese que mi carro consumia un liter de aceite casi cada 2 semanas.El le comento a los mecanicos los cuales le respondieron que cuando se repitiera regresara el carro por que era la unica forma de arreglarlo. Me pregunto tan buenos mecanicos necesitan el problema para arreglarlo ? Esto me costo una segunda visita casi en 2 weeks y $ 100 de gasto.Porque ya la garatia no estaba incluida.Este problema lo tengo hace 15 meses y cuando llamaba me decian es normal. Mis amigos ruedan otros carros de ingenieria alemana y no presentan este problema.Acaso la Audi no es tan buena? Imaginese comprando aceite como si tuviera un carro de 2 decadas atras Tambien estoy decepcionado porque me llamaron a venderme una garantia extendida y cuando le digo yo tengo el recibo que la compre practicamente me colgaron. Un disculpa hubiese sido sensata todos nos equivocamos el error esta en no reconocerlo. Existen otras cosas que no valen la pena ni comentarlo. Este year cuando cambie el carro debo ir a la AUDI.....
