Top Notch Service From the minute you drive onto the Prestige Audi property, you are greeted by friendly personnel. Upon arrival into the Service Bay; the valet greete From the minute you drive onto the Prestige Audi property, you are greeted by friendly personnel. Upon arrival into the Service Bay; the valet greeted me and opened my door when I was ready to have it opened. I was walked to my trusted Service Advisor, Yelson, personally by the Valet, whereupon I was offered bottled water or fresh coffee. As I had called ahead, all parts and preparations were made for my A5 convertible top liner replacement were ready and waiting for a timely installation. The loaner A6 was fantastic, I was also escorted to the waiting vehicle and all questions answered by Veronica Sandez. When service was complete, a personal call from the Service Manager was made as Yelson was not in that day, it was not handed-off to another person. When I arrived in my Loaner, the valet service, once again, was superb. I cannot recall the Service Advisor's name that assisted me. (next to the conference room & sofas) My car was ready, he provided the paperwork--escorted me to the cashier where all service provided was reviewed, papers signed, and he escorted me to my waiting A5 Cabrio all washed and cleaned for me. All-in-all a great experience for what is an inconvenience of having your car serviced. Thank you! More
