Yelson was cordial and informative - he identified the source of the coolant leak immediately upon looking under the hood. I had brought this to the attention of another service rep during a previous visit, but she never recommended rotating the tires. Upon Yelson's recommendation, the sound has gone away. Yelson also was keen to only contact me when he had new information on the status of the repairs on my vehicle. The prior service representative I worked with before Yelson would call me constantly, with no update, which was annoying and unnecessary. Also, after picking up my car and driving it about a mile down the road, the tire pressure warning light appeared. I brought the vehicle back immediately and Yelson promptly gave me attention and had the issue resolved right away (the shop forgot to reset the measurement system after rotating the tires).The only item I thought was a little overpriced was the tire rotation. It would have been cheaper to have done at the local mechanic shop, but I probably saved a few dents and dings by paying a little more at the dealership, so it was worth it in my mind. I enjoyed working with Yelson and would like to work with him again on future service appointments. More
