Was initially disappointed as the fault with MMI was not fixed when vehicle was collected. However, Luis and the team bent over backwards to ensure the problem was solved. The experience changed my view of the dealership from previous and I could not be more pleased. One area I believe could be improved would be condition of engine bay. After each visit I have always had to wipe/clean off oily finger prints/drips. From this observation you have probably realised that we are very critical. My job experience has always been in the field of quality hence the comments. We look forward to are next encounter with Prestige and its employees having had such good impression on this occasion.
