Second bad experience and no survey received lead me to report the bad service provided. First time, during a 35,000 mile service on Nov/12: I specifically requested an inspection in the right rear tire report the bad service provided. First time, during a 35,000 mile service on Nov/12: I specifically requested an inspection in the right rear tire as it was leaking and I had to fill it every 3-4 days. Nothing was done, except recommend changing the 4 tires. It turned out to be a nail which I ended up fixing at a local shop near my house. Second time, during a 45,000 mile service on Oct/13 (total spent $2,562.63): full service + 4 tire change replacement requested. During inspections, tech advised change of Rotors and brake pads were needed. Main complaint is related to the lack of accuracy in pricing from employee. Considering these were additional service and parts from original budget, it was very hard to understand full amounts to be charged. I specifically requested a few times the " total - out of the door" amount as well as the breakdown of items in order to approve the service. At check out, total amount was approx. $200,00 higher than informed. Very frustrating. Not for the price itself, but for the surprise!! It killed the experience. Also, I am not a technician, but found very strange having to change Rotors before ever changing break pads. I felt that my break pads were never checked on previous services (35k, 25k, 15k, 5k). Last, but not least, as I drive out of the shop, I check the oil level and the screen shows exact the same level before the service...."low". Drove a few miles, Turned the car on and off a few times to make sure system was reset. Oil level continued to show "low". Drove back to Prestige and had to leave the car for one more day. Very bad feeling of paying for something that wasn't done (same as tire on previous visit). After that, on the first longer drive, screen advised oil level too high. Overall very stressful experience for a customer that drives 15 miles to shop due to loyalty. Employee does not listen to customer. Sticks to the "too friendly, but not effective" customer service approach. Very confusing with pricing. Seriously considering new service center for next service. More
