I had a great second visit at Prestige when I turned in my A4 lease and opted to lease a new Q5. Tyler was a model employee - more than willing to work with me to find a price point and options that worke my A4 lease and opted to lease a new Q5. Tyler was a model employee - more than willing to work with me to find a price point and options that worked for my budget and still put me into the car I desired. I would visit Prestige in a heartbeat if it meant working with Tyler again. Max was also a friendly face who was very helpful in the paperwork/financial side of the deal. I'd worked with Max on my initial lease, as well as on an intermediary deal involving a substitution of collateral following a total loss accident of the original A4 I'd leased. I also had an interim visit to discuss lease-end options in which I'd worked with Margarita. I did not enjoy meeting with her at all. She was rude and dismissive, and clearly had no desire to see me return as a customer of Prestige Audi. At the end of my meeting with Margarita, I was fully prepared to switch loyalty and head to The Collection to lease my next Audi. Thankfully, Tyler was able to make the best of the situation, and salvage the relationship. If I ever have to work with or cross paths with Margarita again, I would not hesitate to disavow Prestige and never set foot in the premises. That is how bad a taste this woman left in my mouth. Please consider having her rethink her attitude with customers, especially with women. While her demeanor may fly with certain men in this city, it certainly does not with independent women, which is a huge market for luxury vehicles in South Florida. More
