The center was very effective and helpfull in making my service expereince as nice and smooth as possible. The only recommendations I would like to make is to add additional Audi models and more Audis to t service expereince as nice and smooth as possible. Initially I had to change my appointment, because since the loaners is first come, first serve if you get there at 9am, 1hr after the center opens, we will be directed to a rental, which is a much less car that we are accoustumed to driving. Lexus down the street, send drivers to your location to drop off a loaner and pick up the car in need of service, all I needed to do was to call and arrange a pick up. This was an amazing benefit and service, that I think Audi could start thinking in offering! More

worst service experience i have ever encountered! my car was kept in their garage for 2 weeks and they did not want to rent me a car!
