Yelson has always been very responsive and continues to be so. After being stuck at a gas station only a few blocks from Audi, and being told by roadside assistance that they would be there anywhere from be so. In a matter of five minutes or so, two gentlemen from the service department arrived. When I arrived at Audi, a loaner was waiting for me. After the repair was complete, they kept the car a few days longer to be sure the problem was solved. Yelson always follows through. This is as good as it gets. More
