While the work on the car was going to be lengthy, she kept me apprised at each step of the way and she level-set my expectations (which, by the way, were truly exceeded). I have raved about Diana before, and again I thank Prestige for her training, her tribal knowledge about my car and her willingness to represent, me the car owner, with the shop. Bless her.
