Unfortunately, the repair on my car took for ever, about a month, my advisor failed to check my car after the repair and didn't notice that during the repair they had broken my wind stopper. So I couldn't even take my car out that I had to leave it again for repair. This easy repair again took about two weeks and again Luis was terrible at following up. Brought in my A5 for service due to a failure of my A/C over the weekend, Yelson received my vehicle and arranged for loaner. I'm a big fan of the service, but I am not a big fan of the prices. I think maintenance is too expensive for Audis and have a hard time envisioning myself buying another.
