I scheduled a service. Time given was 10.30am. I was there at 10am and was told that my car would be ready by 5pm. It was a simple service, no break changes or anything time consuming. At 4.30pm I recei there at 10am and was told that my car would be ready by 5pm. It was a simple service, no break changes or anything time consuming. At 4.30pm I received a call if it would be ok to pick up my car the next day. And I replied NO, it is not ok. The rental car I received as a loaner was not a good car, it was dirty inside and out and smelling of cigarette smoke, so that my daughter stepping in the car got nautious from the smell. No I absolutely did not want to be driving this rental car a minute longer than necessary. Vernon said he would call me back at 5.30pm. By 5.55 I had not received a call and I called to tell them I wanted to pick up my car. I wanted to speak to Vernon. The receptionist put me onto his answering machine. I called back and said that I did not want to speak to the answering machine but to Vernon himself or anybody else able to give me info about my car. The receptionist then told me that Vernon had left and that she was not allowed to put any calls through after 5.55pm. I was not a happy customer! At 7pm Vernon called, who strangely enough was still working, that I could pick up my car at 9am next day. I think it must have been 11.30 or 12 by the time I finally got my car. When I came to pay my bill, I was astonished again. I was given a price of $303.- when I checked my car in. I brought a coupon for $15.-, and I received a bill that was $379.- or so. Strange! I thought, how does 303-15 amount to this 379?? Then my invoice goes back to revision and now it is due to $308.- I still think that it is strange how 303-15 gets to 308, but I am already so annoyed that I had to wait for so long for my car that I just paid and left. I am a customer for 6 years now with Audi and am looking forward to get my 3rd Audi in July. Audi has treated my always well and I am not used to have such a rude receptionist on the phone. I truly hope that this was an exception. More

I have another Audi dealership next to my office, nevertheless, I went to Prestige, which is far from me, because it was recommended by a friend of mine who leased his Audi from Prestige/Robert. As my friend did, I will recommend this dealership. Let this be the 1st of many Audis that I will lease with Prestige/Robert. More
Service requested was to fix parts causing noise (engine squeal noise - with serpentine belt replacement / front suspension clunking noise - front ball joints and sway bar end links replaced). Car returned squeal noise - with serpentine belt replacement / front suspension clunking noise - front ball joints and sway bar end links replaced). Car returned with excessive and not acceptable exhaust noise, maybe due to forced road test over rusty/worn parts in the exhaust system. Services manager collect the car for further inspection and proposing a solution to fix the issue. Prefer not to evaluate the 'quality of work' because the car came with a problem that didn't have before, and waiting for the results after the services manager further review. More
