I Have leased or purchased 4 Audis over the last few years. The Service department is amazing. Client service is excellent and I am always met with a smile. My most recent expeirience was a new 2013 A5 Cab, I worked with Dan Fox, with whom has been my sales person for every Audi I have aquired. He is organized, works quickly and gets done what he says will get done. He seems to have a great rapport with the other sales associates as well, as I noticed that he is the go to guy for pre owned Audi, as the pre owned manager. Diana was great. My only criticism is that each one I bring my car in for service I am asked multiple times to fill out a survey and give them high rating. What they don't understand is that the service bring my car in for service I am asked multiple times to fill out a survey and give them high rating. What they don't understand is that the service is good but continually asking for people to give them high marks leaves a bad taste in people's mouth. The service is good one its own without continuing to tell people about the survey. More

The car was brought for an oil change, and stop light issue. Electrical Troubleshooting not thorough, as 4 light bulbs were changed for no reason as the next day the main error message came back to the issue. Electrical Troubleshooting not thorough, as 4 light bulbs were changed for no reason as the next day the main error message came back to the dashboard. Moreover, the main reason for the car being at the service center, the oil change, was forgotten. The car had to be brought back a second day. a third day will be required for electrical troubleshooting. I had previous good experience with the dealer, but now thinking twice about recommending their service center. More
