I honestly can only give the highest recommendations regarding this dealership and all the help provided to me in my choosing and leasing a new car this week. Yuri Shvartsman investigated and quickly reassured me that Prestige Audi would help me to get me out of a lease for a car I wasn't enjoying, although I was only in month eleven of a 36 month lease. Frank Enzinna then helped me to identify the perfect car for my needs - listening closely re what I didn't like about the car I was driving this last year, and then making sure that I got the model and specs I would want - the performance standard and package details, exterior and interior colors, etc., I'm grateful for Frank's careful review with Yuri of all the financing aspects to be sure I was given every consideration regarding pricing, rebates, and Audi loyalty. In fact, they were able to surprise me with a lower price than I had already agreed to! How often does something like that occur? Max Voytenkov was efficient and clear in his review of the myriad of papers requiring my signature and (as I lawyer I can tell you!) he did a great job of reviewing the obligations, rights and liabilities in all these papers. Frank then devoted the time I needed to teaching me about the car and its features, reassuring me that he'd remain available to continue doing that until I had mastery over the car and all its perks and quirks, even giving me his cell number for any after-hours queries I might have. All in all, I cannot imagine that my experience could have been better. I highly recommend this team at Prestige Audi. More
