Everyone at Prestige was very nice and accomadating from the moment I drove up until I left. Took multiple attempts to contact sales person Vernon change regarding vehicle. During the first attempt, I was told he was with a customer and would return my call. He did not return call. Second attemp change regarding vehicle. During the first attempt, I was told he was with a customer and would return my call. He did not return call. Second attempt I was sent to his voicemail. He did not return call. Third attempt, I expressed my unhappiness that he had not returned calls after first two attempts. After being put on hold for approximately 5 minutes I was basically that Audi didn't know why my wife's vehicle was low on oil. I again expressed my concern that the vehicle was just recently serviced and that it should not be "low on oil". The service person advised that they will top of oil and to drive the vehicle and if the problem occurs again, return it for more test. I expressed to Mr. Change my unhappiness. My wife has an extremely busy schedule and does not have time to keep returning the vehicle to the dealership to fix an issue. It is an extreme inconvience. If the problem occurs again, I expect the dealership to deliver a loaner vehicle and pick up her vehicle. We have owned the vehicle for a little over a year and it has been to the dealership for servicing three times. As it stands today, I wouldn't recommend purchasing an Audi. The dependability is low. Met Oscar for the first time as he's new to me and was filling in for my regular service adviser. My Audi's convertible top mechanism was not operating correctly and with his help and overall courtesy was filling in for my regular service adviser. My Audi's convertible top mechanism was not operating correctly and with his help and overall courtesy of all Service managers and general manager in collaboration with same level person at The Collection, where car was originally purchased in 2008, a new motor and other necessary parts were installed with a courtesy discount and my auto was returned in perfect working order within 3 business days. Very happy with the outcome. Am awaiting further contact with Mr. Platt regarding extended warrantee information. More

Giving Great Customer Service goes a long way and I am very appeciative for the service. He was very friendly and detailed. He also payed attention to my request and took the time to follow up throughout the entire service with a host of phone calls and messages. Mr. Change also took the time to point out other services that I may have needed or will be needing in the near future. He was patient and polite.
