I'm in the training business so I'm especially interested in this kind of human behavior...they were all well trained or they are simply taken well care of!!! Additionally, because I said the lease would be up in 6 months, Luis even started a small sales effort with me...warming me up for the sales guys to lease me a new car after I said I didn't want one!!! You can tell he loves Audis....he's a great ambassador of the brand!!
