It's refreshing to pull up to a service department and get the warm friendly attentive service you get from Prestige! Most service departments barely look up from their computer screen to even acknowledge your existence but here they make eye contact, smile, greet you warmly and actually listen to what you're saying!!! I'm in the training business so I'm especially interested in this kind of human behavior...they were all well trained or they are simply taken well care of!!! Additionally, because I said the lease would be up in 6 months, Luis even started a small sales effort with me...warming me up for the sales guys to lease me a new car after I said I didn't want one!!! You can tell he loves Audis....he's a great ambassador of the brand!! I'm sorry I don't know the other gentleman's name who assisted me when Luis was with someone else but he too was as warm and friendly as Luis!! Furthermore, what a great policy.... rather than make someone wait, let someone else get their paperwork started! I'm impressed!!! More
