Had an awesome experience this past weekend as I was looking for a CPO Audi Q5. I purchased a 2019 model with just over 9,000 miles and it was beautiful. My salesman (Gene Elperin) was awesome: very accommodating & knowledgeable about the cars, answered my questions, was never pushy, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. The price quoted was very fair and exceptionally competitive, but it was Gene who clinched the deal for me as he treated me with respect and I never felt that he simply just wanted to close another deal!
