Dave, my adviser, went above and beyond. As I was on the road with a busy work day ny engine light went off. He took me in right away and went overboard to find me a loaner(and they were swamped) so I could finish my work day. The communication on the car updates were timely. The attitude of Dave and his team was extremely attentive and helpful in every way. Dave and his team made a stressful day pleasant as they worked with me so I could finish my workday without interruptions. Also, instead of me, walking out in a parking lot, looking for my car when it was ready, they pulled it up and helped me unload all of my equipment back into my car. This is by far the best luxury car dealer service ever. I will never leave Audi due to their superior team service. Thank you Dave and your team. More

BEWARE! !! This dealership RUINED a priceless S8. We took our S8 in for repairs and during the 1.5 months Audi and their recommended shop Crash Champions had !! This dealership RUINED a priceless S8. We took our S8 in for repairs and during the 1.5 months Audi and their recommended shop Crash Champions had the car, they put over 700 miles on it and it came back INFESTED with cockroaches. Both locations refused to take care of the damage (even after the GM at Audi promised to in writing) and threatened us. This is a real review and pictures/receipts can be provided. Audi continues to remove these reviews because they do not want to face what they did. Shame they do not care enough about their customers unless they are taking their money! DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!! More
