Frank directed me to apply for Audi credit from home and furnish him with photo text's of our trade-in and licenses so that when we picked up the car the next day we wouldn't be waiting to complete a ton of forms . Frank went over all the features with me , all went Great except Frank wouldn't give me an R8 if I ever needed a loaner. The Q5 is a fantastic machine . Far better thought out than the 3 comps I saw and drove . More
