I did purchase all weather mats and the parts people even helped pop them in the car. Service department seems pretty reliable. I would buy from them again, in fact I plan to purchase my wife a new car in about two years and it will likely be bought there and from Brian McCauley. More

When I arrived, the car was in front of the dealership clean and ready to be drive without hesitation what the reserve was and set up an appointment. The entire car buying process was painless, even (and this was an absolute first for us ) enjoyable. We had a blast test driving the different A5s. The phone conversation provided me with enough confidence to drive all the way out from San Diego to take a closer look at the CPO car I had my heart set on. The nearly 7 hour drive from San Diego to Scottsdale would probably not have been worth it at any other dealership. The upfront honesty, friendliness, patience, and "credit issue" problem-solving skills are exceptional at this dealership. I started off at Chandler Audi and had an unpleasant expeirience. They were trying to make me pay sticker and I felt pressure and rudness when I was backing out due to uncomfortableness.
