After having purchased 3 vehicles in 6 months from Audi North Scottsdale it is safe to say that I am a repeat customer. The key factor in all three purchases was Brad Burnham. His genuine interest to addr North Scottsdale it is safe to say that I am a repeat customer. The key factor in all three purchases was Brad Burnham. His genuine interest to address my questions and attention to detail before and after all three sales is what has made me a repeat customer. Brad has always gone above and beyond every time I have called upon him. One such example was a month or so ago. I texted Brad regarding the potential purchased of my 3rd vehicle. He happened to be on vacation with his family at the time. That however did not stop him to get me the information I needed and put me in touch with the right people back at Audi North Scottsdale. Brad is my goto guy not only for Audis at Audi North Scottsdale but other brands as well at the Penske Auto Mall. Cars don't make an outstanding dealership, people do. I would recommend Brad and Audi North Scottsdale to anyone, without hesitation. More

This is the 2nd Audi vehicle that I purchased through Brad and Audi N. Scottsdale. The first time the vehicle was shipped to me in Dallas, the second time I flew in with my son and drove the vehicle back Brad and Audi N. Scottsdale. The first time the vehicle was shipped to me in Dallas, the second time I flew in with my son and drove the vehicle back to Dallas. In both occasions, the level of service quality, customer care and attention to detail were exemplary! Brad is an amazing salesman, taking care of his clients and the purchase process.
