The salesman, Gary Buffington was extremely helpful and friendly. We went for a test drive and he was extremely careful to explain all the great features of the Audi Q5. He showed the different colors and interiors available and then told us about a new car coming in a couple of days that was exactly the colors we liked. Mr. Buffington also agreed to come to our house to set up garage opener and go over the electronic operations of the car in detail. The only thing we didn’t like was the pushing of warranties, maintenance fees, wheel packages and navigation package after we had agreed to purchase the car. This was done by the office staff not the salesman. Overall, most pleasant car buying experience we have had since we bought a Tesla. More
