My experience with Audi of Scottsdale was perfect. The salesman, Brian, initially took my call and we met later that afternoon. I returned to buy the Audi on Thursday and after at least an hour tutorial by the salesman, drove off the lot with a new Audi. It was a pleasant experience. I still have a couple of questions I will go back to the Audi store to get answered and am sure they will have plent of time for me. All in all, Brian and the dealership deserve a 10 on this transaction. Bud McLarty More

At 58 years old, and with 7 kids between my wife and I (so we've purchased a LOT of cars over the years), I can honestly say this was my worst car buying experience. Suffice it to say, I am a well qu (so we've purchased a LOT of cars over the years), I can honestly say this was my worst car buying experience. Suffice it to say, I am a well qualified buyer (high credit scores, income, prequaled with one of my banks, etc). What should've been an extremely easy transaction went sideways...a few times. From the amount of time I had to sit and wait, ultimately leaving without the car as I sat there over 2.5 hours (and was already approved...they just needed to connect a few dots), to them delivering the car to me in a Circle K parking lot, to them not having me sign all the places necessary and then having to send paperwork to our home in CA (where we spend 6 months over summer), to them not correctly doing my out of pocket down payment, to them not paying off my trade in (which caused another payment weeks later towards a car they had from the trade), towards offering to knock off $1,000 only to take it back and change it to only $500, to not ordering my plates so I had to drive around on expired temporary tags (took them TWO MONTHS to get me the plate), to them having the plate shipped to their dealership address, and finally to them making the registered address their dealership instead of my home address. Sorry...horrible experience, including the GM not keeping his word. Buyer beware More

My warranty covered only replacing 2 of the 8 fuel injectors! I hope they replaced the correct 2 of the 8. I also had all the spark plugs replaced.
