Service visit was better than expected. No surprises, completed in a timely fashion. Total bill was less than estimated. Bonus was a car wash both exterior and interior, and very well done. Mixed results. I got an emailTelling me they had Mixed results. I got an email Telling me they had recommended certain service that I had declined. When I made an appointment to get a new key (lost one) and replace a key battery, they cancelled my 7:40 am appointment at after 4:30 Pm the day before, “just a mixup” I was told. I have no problems with the work they actually did. More

We were really excited to find my car at car gurus for we know this was such a great deal and Nelson Alvarez made it easy for us to acquire the car. I opted to stay in the dealer during my oil change / checkup, a accommodating once there. My service rep, Matthew Kirwan, was very thorough and kind. I opted to stay in the dealer during my oil change / checkup, and it was extremely clean and a great place to get work done in the meantime. Although it took longer than I'd expected, the service and accompanying wash were of great quality, and the service rep was very transparent and helpful about it all.
