The transaction was flawless from start to finish. I was fortunate to get Nelson as a salesman for this virtual purchase. He worked with me by phone and online well past the dealership closing hour to complete all paperwork. After the wire transfer, Nelson personally delivered the well prepped vehicle to me. Never in my wildest dreams did I think an auto transaction could be this perfect. Hats off to Audi North Scottsdale! More

I discovered a nail in my tire and drove directly to Audi.I did not have an appointment and they were very busy. Still, they took my car and had my new tire in stock. This dealership is all about customer service. From arrival you are taken care of. The loaner cars are top notch the work is done usually on the first visit and if they’re not sure they keep the car a arrival you are taken care of.
