Mr. Powell, I felt compelled to write you regarding the extremely disappointing, offensive, and insulting experience I encountered with your dealership, starting with my initial contact with Debbie Lloyd. I was hoping to go to your dealership on new year's eve to test drive two certified A4's I found through USAA's car buying service. During my call with Debbie that day, she made it very clear that she was leaving right at 4 so I would have to arrive a few hours prior to that time. That was not a possibility for me so I contacted her this morning to confirm the two vehicles I was interested in were still available. Again, she indicated she was leaving right at 4 as she had family in town. Due to this, I left work early and arrived at your dealership shortly after 3. Upon arrival, she was already helping another customer so I asked if someone else was available to help, at which time Singh was referred to me. Immediately, Singh gave off the impression he could not be bothered and really had no interest in helping. In fact, he made zero effort in even trying to sell the vehicle, by failing to educate me about Audi's, the features of the car, etc. He may have spoken a few words, at most, during the test drive. It was the strangest experience I have ever encountered while test driving a car. When it came to the negotiations, the experience was no different-- disappointing! Of course, my initial counter was just that-- an "initial" counter. I was certain there would be more of a dialogue, but Singh and the manger were completely dismissive of me! From the moment I walked through your doors, I truly got the sense that an assumption was made that I either didn't have the money or credit to purchase a vehicle at your dealership. Sadly, I had every intention on purchasing the 2019 A4 Premium Titanium. I have excellent credit and income, and have already secured financing for well over the asking price of this vehicle. I'm fairly certain reception by your sales people and manager would have been completely different had I been a man, came in as a couple, not have been a minority, or if I was dressed in my business attire. My experience with North Scottsdale Audi was, by far, the most disappointing and offensive experience I have ever encountered with a dealership. I hope you will take the time to heed this complaint and educate those who work for your dealership to be more considerate and respectful to potential customers. More

Worst ever. Stay awAy. They hid the timing chain issue until the warranty expired. They couldn’t fix oil leaks even after 4 attempts. they keep asking more and more and last estimate was a ridiculous 8600 until the warranty expired. Told me to call Audi Very displeased as I have had the same problem for a year now and still can’t get help. The special windshield that is made for the heads up display m Very displeased as I have had the same problem for a year now and still can’t get help. The special windshield that is made for the heads up display magnifies sunlight coming through the windshield to the point of feeling like you are frying. Even when 40 degrees outside one has to have the ac blasting if the sun is shining through the windshield. Personnel at dealership tell me that Audi says it’s within standards but numerous requests for standards are unanswered. Last trip there for problem resulted in grease all over floor mats. Prior trip my radar detector was damaged and had to be replaced. More
