From the warm welcome from the sweetest receptionist ever. She actually got up out of her seat to greet us and to offer us water. She was such a sweetheart and that was definitely going above and beyond. Louis Martinez is one of the best Audi Brand Specialists I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He was so easy to talk to, he wasn’t pressuring us, he allowed us to take the time we needed to decide on our vehicle. This means the world to a buyer. He treated us like family and not just customers. He made sure to take his time to explain things, he went above and beyond to take care of us. Although we purchased a BMW and not an Audi, the experience was first class! Our finance guy Greg was amazing as well. Audi North Scottsdale provides superb service in all aspects of its business. We purchased a Q3 three years ago and leased an A3. The A3 lease was up and Audi North Scottsdale was extremely helpful in finding for me a new A4 lease on very good terms. But buying and leasing is just one aspect of their business. Their cars and SUV's are reliable with some of the best technology in the market. Their service department - which we have only used for routine servicing - is extremely well managed and their loaners will sell you the next car because they have some of the finest auto products in the market. The staff is similarly helpful. We will be back ... again. More
