From the warm welcome from the sweetest receptionist ever. She actually got up out of her seat to greet us and to offer us water. She was such a sweetheart and that was definitely going above and beyond. Louis Martinez is one of the best Audi Brand Specialists I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He was so easy to talk to, he wasn’t pressuring us, he allowed us to take the time we needed to decide on our vehicle. This means the world to a buyer. He treated us like family and not just customers. He made sure to take his time to explain things, he went above and beyond to take care of us. Although we purchased a BMW and not an Audi, the experience was first class! Our finance guy Greg was amazing as well.
