I bought a used Q5 that had just been traded in and when they were finished with it, the car was near perfect. Everything about the transaction was fair, classy, accommodating and pleasant. I wish I knew who to thank in the service department because they did a great job repairing little imperfections before the car was delivered to me as well. More

Having done that, I realized that the majority of my car shopping experiences had left much to be desired. So one afternoon I headed north to Scottsdale where I spent some very good time working with Louis Martinez at Audi North Scottsdale. During our sales experience he was always the proper gentleman and exuded both professionalism and technical knowledge about the brand. In one year of car shopping I can't say that we had a better experience than the one my wife and I had with Louis. He is to be commended for his work and his professionalism. The dealership itself was clean and spotless, like walking into an operating room. Everyone we met there was friendly. These were people who went out of their way to see to the needs of the customer.
