Amazing Customer Services My wife & I were looking for a used S5 convertible went to Peoria Audi, walk around the show room for about 5 minuets had several staff members pass u My wife & I were looking for a used S5 convertible went to Peoria Audi, walk around the show room for about 5 minuets had several staff members pass us by & not say a word! Finally after a few more minutes we got some service!!!! Loved the 2010 S5 but decided not to patronize that dealership! So we went to Audi of North Scottsdale, we walked in & were greeted within seconds before the front door even closed!!! All the staff was courteous & professional!! We loved! They did have what we were looking for, but we will wait till they do!!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! More

BUYER BEWARE! I wish there was a way to do -10 Stars... My wife and I found a vehicle here and we cannot be more disappointed in the Customer Service of this dealer I wish there was a way to do -10 Stars... My wife and I found a vehicle here and we cannot be more disappointed in the Customer Service of this dealership! From the second we walked into the showroom and two salesman were bickering over which one was going to help us because the lady we spoke to on the phone was busy, I had a bad feeling! After taking a test drive with Stefano, who seemed to be a nice guy even though he didn't want to help us, we told him we needed to sleep on it and left! The next day my wife went in to take the car for inspection and after it checked out good with our mechanic she went back to buy the car, but the sales manager, Aaron treated her very poorly and lied about the money they supposedly had invested in a car that was still under factory warranty! So I told her to just leave and I would deal with it the next day on my day off! I called Stefano and asked him to give me the details on the supposed repairs that Aaron says they had to do and his list didn't have any of the things Aaron had expressed to my wife! I decided to make them an offer, even though my gut said differently, so after several calls from Stefano we agreed on a figure and I told him we would be there in an hour or so! 45 minutes later we were driving to the dealership and my phone rings and Stefano tells me they sold the car! BUYER BEWARE, JUST BECAUSE THIS IS AN AUDI DEALERSHIP IN NORTH SCOTTSDALE, THEY ARE JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER BAD DEALERSHIP OUT THERE! More
