We have purchased many vehicles in the past but this was the easiest and fastest transaction we ever experienced, thus we were shell shocked. Our last vehicle took us 8 hours of negotiations. The Audi was done in about 1 1/2 hours and that included the test drive. Kari acted as a seasoned professional who knew her product and was willing to take the time to explain it both before the sale through e-mails and in person but was not pushy.. She worked at our pace and in the order we wanted to effect the transaction and treated us like we were purchasing the luxury car we were purchasing instead of treating us like we were purchasing an inferior vehicle. Most sales people at a dealership make umpteen trips to the sales manager with your offer. Kari made one trip and then the sales manager, Aaron, came out and talked with us. Confusion resolved After some confusion and drama concerning the availability of this beautiful S3 we welcome our newest family member -named her "Silver Fox." David did an excellent job showing us a variety of vehicles without using the despised pressure sale-type approach. We test drove later that evening with Brian who is truly an Audi expert. David followed up the next day and immediately addressed our concerns. Mark, General Manager, also contacted us to resolve the confusion and personally apologize. After a swift and pleasant transaction with David and then Bill in finance we were on our way. We appreciate David staying after hours to meticulously explain the features along with the hands on demonstration of our Silver Fox.
