Brad has worked patiently with my for nearly 4 years ... ever since the R8 was launched ... keeping me aware of available cars and other news regarding the R8. Finally, I was ready and able to make this purchase ... and Brad made it a pleasure at every step of the way. In particular, I commend Brad and Audi North Scottsdale for their efficiency and responsiveness ... they made this "fun and easy" and worked with me to get me into my new R8. Brad Burnham at Audi North Scottsdale has changed the experience for me. His no pressure, fully informed, laid back sales style is excellent. He answers the questions I have and provides me with the information I'm looking for. He's not just looking at the sale. Brad truly wants a satisfied customer who will become part of the Audi family. If you're not happy, he's not happy. I highly recommend anyone looking for an Audi to work with Brad. There is no one better. The service department at ANS is top-notch as well. I have worked with Jason on my first vehicle and will do the same with this one. Jason's comprehensive knowledge of my car makes everything go right the first time. I'm in and out of service when maintaining the car and I've never had any issue. If there's a problem, they take care of it. If I need to speak with someone, I call Jason direct for the information. With Jason and Brad as a team there is absolutely no reason for an unsatisfied customer. I know buying a new car from another dealer can be a horrible experience. Very pleased with my experience. Scottsdale had the particular vehicle I wanted (only by chance, however) when the other the Audi dealerships in Phoenix area seemed unable to find the vehicle I wanted particular vehicle I wanted (only by chance, however) when the other the Audi dealerships in Phoenix area seemed unable to find the vehicle I wanted and actually get it in their dealership. Scottsdale offered me a fair trade value for my vehicle where 2 other Audi dealers would not. Since I knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay, the experience was no pressure. The dealership honored the USAA promotion price without any discussion where another Phoenix Audi dealer would not. Even in the finance office, the 'up-sell' was no pressure at all. Although I always intend on keeping a vehicle for a long time, something new interests me and I end up trading in 2 years. I will buy another vehicle form Audi Scottsdale if they treat me the same way. More
