Very pleased with my experience. Scottsdale had the particular vehicle I wanted (only by chance, however) when the other the Audi dealerships in Phoenix area seemed unable to find the vehicle I wanted particular vehicle I wanted (only by chance, however) when the other the Audi dealerships in Phoenix area seemed unable to find the vehicle I wanted and actually get it in their dealership. Scottsdale offered me a fair trade value for my vehicle where 2 other Audi dealers would not. Since I knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay, the experience was no pressure. The dealership honored the USAA promotion price without any discussion where another Phoenix Audi dealer would not. Even in the finance office, the 'up-sell' was no pressure at all. Although I always intend on keeping a vehicle for a long time, something new interests me and I end up trading in 2 years. I will buy another vehicle form Audi Scottsdale if they treat me the same way. More

Scottsdale…”where everybody knows my name.” I wanted to take 5 minutes and post my appreciation & gratefulness to the SCOTTSDALE AUDI team Audi N. Scottsdale…”where everybody knows my name.” I wanted to take 5 minutes and post my appreciation & gratefulness to the SCOTTSDALE AUDI team regarding my recent new car purchase: Audi 2011 A5. The car itself is amazing, but for me – the deciding factor were the people who helped get me into the driver seat: BRAD BURNHAM, JASON BROWN, and TARA PRICE. There truly are no weak links at this dealership! This is my 2nd new car purchase with Audi N. Scottsdale. It was the service & friendship that JASON BROWN provided over the past 9 yrs that ultimately sealed the deal for this new purchase. FYI: I think most would agree that having an amazing car is great, but w/out the equally superior team to help support it/make it run – the car can quickly turn into heartache. However – that never was the case at Audi N. Scottsdale. As uncommon as it may sound, Jason has not only provided excellence in service – but has become a genuine friend whom I totally trust like a brother. How rare to say you trust your car service guy?! So, when it finally came time to shop for a new car – I turned to Jason for help. He introduced me to Brad. Not knowing Brad, I was still nervous – but immediately upon meeting Brad; those fears subsided. Brad Burnham was so easy going & yet extremely professional & knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to without any pressure or expectations. He even passed the DAD/BIG BROTHER TEST. I had brought them as back up (just in case), both of whom own “the other German car” – Mercedes. However, after meeting Brad and talking with him, I found back up was not needed! Brad was so helpful and easy going, which completely removed any fears of being “sweet talked” into something I didn’t want. Needless to say, I had my order placed within a 1 of discussion?. What’s also genuinely unique – is that I overheard both my dad & my brother THANKING Brad & Jason for taking good care of me. “AWE!” They fully endorsed my car selection & agreed I made the right choice. I even heard my brother say his next car is an A8! I’ll send him Brad’s way as there’s no better stamp of approval in my book! One final note – is that at this dealership (as cheesy as it sounds), I have found that all the people who make up the company are real & genuine. They truly love their cars & the people who sit in them! They work well as a team (everyone knows everyone there). I even found this to be true with TARA PRICE, who helped me through finance. She was just as excited to see me in the A5 as I was to purchase it. She was very patient when it came to looking at the cost of adding additional services to the purchase (extended warranty, dent protection, Nano tint, etc.) and calculating monthly payment. I can truly say I know someone by first name (and they know me) in every department at AUDI that I encounter. Shout out to John and Jill at the service desk! Needless to say – Here’s to another 9 years at AUDI NORTH SCOTTSDALE with my baby, A5! More

I recently purchased an Audi Q5 from Jaime Ossa at the North Scottsdale Audi Dealership and it is my pleasure to share my phenomenal experience with potential customers. I decided that I wanted a Q5 in Fe North Scottsdale Audi Dealership and it is my pleasure to share my phenomenal experience with potential customers. I decided that I wanted a Q5 in February, 2011, and decided to trade in my BMW X3. From the minute we talked in the door of Audi North Scottsdale, my dad was drawn to Jaime’s friendly smile and we learned right away what a pleasure Jaime was to work with. The Q5 is sporty, luxurious, and reliable, and I knew right away that this was the car for me. Unlike many car salesmen, Jaime was not pushy and simply wanted me to make a decision that I was happy with. I ordered all of the options that I desired on 2/5/11, and was informed that the vehicle would not be in until mid April. After a long anticipated wait, the car that I ordered arrived at the dealership on 4/21/11. Jaime took quite a bit of time to go over the entire car with me, including setting up my Bluetooth and I could not wait to take it home. However, I left the dealership and learned that the gas tank was empty, so I pulled into the closest gas station. After filling up my tank, I attempted to start the car, only to get a number of error messages and was unable to start it. I had only driven three miles from the dealership and completely lost my mind. I called Jaime on his personal cell phone and he responded to my concerns immediately. Despite the fact that it was after hours, he came to the gas station with an Audi loaner car within thirty minutes, and waited for Audi Assist to pick the vehicle up to go back to the dealership. He was apologetic and attentive to the issue from the start. After a few days in the service department, Jaime was told that the car passed a thorough inspection and was good to go, and he was kind enough to bring the vehicle to my home on 4/26/11. However, after he arrived at my house, the car once again would not start and displayed a variety of error messages. Jaime assured me that he would resolve this issue and he did. He worked with management to get me a new vehicle with all of the options that I had ordered as quickly as possible, and was quick to respond to all of my emails and phone calls. When my brand new car had arrived, he once again delivered the car to my home, and brought all of the paperwork with as well. Jaime made sure that I was completely satisfied, and was great about keeping me updated throughout the process. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Jaime Ossa of Audi, and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from him in the future. After driving my new Q5 for a few days, I am completely satisfied with my purchase, as well as my experience with this dealership, and would not hesitate to buy another Audi from Jaime in the future.
