Brian was great to work with from the first time we spoke. I just came from a bad situation with another car dealership!! I'm an out of state buyer. And having never bought a car online, especially sight unseen, before, I was a bit careful. The Jaguar XJ8 on the Audi North Scottsdale's website looked great. (Yet I needed to ge online, especially sight unseen, before, I was a bit careful. The Jaguar XJ8 on the Audi North Scottsdale's website looked great. (Yet I needed to get the real story.) Thus Mr. Burnham not only confirmed that the car was outstanding through a personal visual inspection but he offered to take additional photos, which he sent over to me almost immediately. There aren't too many dealerships that would have done that so quickly. Mr. Burnham & Tara Price, who was such a joy to work with, handled the financing details & got the car shipped to my front door very proficiently. And while there are so many instances where things aren't exactly as described, where photos don't represent the car accurately, I'm happy to report that the car not only matched Mr. Burnham's description but it was more outstanding that I could have expected, especially for the price paid!
