The North Scottsdale facility and selection is fantastic and everyone from the front desk, sales staff and managers to the parts people were very professional but also very down to earth and helpful. I have been converted to an Audi North Scottsdale guy! Brian my sales rep is however the main reason for me buying my car from them. I am a CAR guy and I really appreciated the fact that for once a salesperson knew more about their product then I did (rare first)! I was ultimately sold by Brian's passion for all things Audi/VW and anyone could tell that he wasn't just selling Audis for the sake of selling a car but because he was passionate about the brand! I just opted out of a BMW lease. When I went to the Scottsdale BMW dealership I was left waiting on 3 separate occasions and was brushed off until my lease expired. As someone who likes to think ahead, this didn't go over very well. What a breath of fresh air walking into the Audi dealership. Brian was welcoming, he listened to what I wanted and was efficient in getting me into the car that fit my needs. As that car wasn't in the showroom he helped me order it from Germany. (He didn't try to sell me one that he had, and that I didn't want!) He contacted me on several occasions by email, followed up with everything that he said he would and there were no surprises on cost. My car came after my other lease expired, Brian got me into a loaner over the holidays until my car was ready. He helped program my phone into the car, in short helped me from start to finish. This has been the best car experience that I have had. I have owned Fords, Chryslers, Chevys, Hondas, Mercedes and BMWs-all new. I went to another Audi dealership in Chandler. They didn't budge on price nor were they particularly amiable about helping me with timing of shipment, I would not go there again. I love my new Q5, so does everyone who sees and rides in it. More

I'm not great with names, but from the first time we visited, the reception person was helpful in every way. When we decided on the car we liked Brad Burnham was very helpful. No wasted time. Even the parts department people were friendly and quickly installed an extra on the car while it was been prepped for delivery. Pricing is a very subjective matter, and we think Audi of North Scottsdale were very fair on pricing and trade considering the market and inventory for the model we purchased. Reaching a fair price on the car and determining our trade value was quick and straightforward. Brad was very responsive helpful starting from a email / internet inquiry to finishing the deal the same day at the dealership. More

I have bought many cars, and it was always nervracking going to dealerships. This was the complete opposite. Tony said that they were no-pressure and they were right. This was the easiest car buying experience I have had. With a trade in I spent maybe 10 minutes in finance. Personal service extends beyond the purchase because they really do care if you are happy. I found a scratch on my steering wheel and Tony Townsend made it easier than I expected to get it repaired. I love my new Audi S4, and I would reccommend to stop in any time. More
