As a rather fastidious 1999 A4 owner I was already on first name terms with Al Rizzo and the maintenance team at this dealership, who oversaw the upkeep of a car that, in their own words, was the best 17 first name terms with Al Rizzo and the maintenance team at this dealership, who oversaw the upkeep of a car that, in their own words, was the best 170,000-mile car that had ever crossed their path. Unfortunately, it has reached the point where the cost of keeping the A4 on the road was equivalent to the cost of a car payment on an RS4. I say unfortunately.... clearly Brad Burnham recognised my weakness for the 4.2-liter behemoth, and paired me up with the perfect car for me. Not only that, but he scored bonus marks for putting the paperwork together with minimal fuss (I HATE dealing with paperwork), and going the extra mile to get a few minor blemishes on the car removed before it rolled off the forecourt. I knew full well that I was getting the bargain of a lifetime. Clearly customer satisfaction matters to Brad and I could see he was really onboard with my excitement level on the day I picked up the car. The fact that he allowed me to put down a smaller-than-expected deposit on the RS4 and then fought a rearguard battle for me while I came up with the rest of the money - while continuing to field calls from buyers who had the money there and then - shows that he's a dealer whose word matters over and above the simple dollar value involved with buying and selling. I'd have no hesitation recommending him to any of my friends, and in tandem with my experiences with Al Rizzo in keeping my previous car in mint condition, this dealership is starting to feel like visiting family (!) More

When we visited Audi North Scottsdale we were greeted by Mr. Silver in a courteous and professional manner, and were able to test drive the A4 model we were interested in immediately. After this visit, we returned to the dealership 3 more times, and test drove the car twice more (as with other vehicles in the same class). Throughout the entire process Mr. Silver stood out among all other salespersons in knowledge of the product, professionalism and friendliness. I can definitely say I chose to purchase this vehicle partly because of the dealer experience my husband and I had. The Finance manager was also terrific -- quick, professional and friendly. Even after we purchased the vehicle, Mr. Silver worked with my husband and I to make sure everything about the car was as promised. I will recommend this dealership and Mr. Silver to anyone in the market for a luxury vehicle! More

We recently purchased a 2011 Audi A6 from Audi North Scottsdale. We saw an ad on the website regarding sales of cars that were damaged in the hail storm. The agency discounted the cars substantially and stood by Audi's full warranty and promise to repair the cars. We live in the Seattle area and needed to know, over the phone, if there was a car on the lot that met our specifications. Since the purchase would require airline travel to personally inspect the car, we depended on our sales agent to let us know the condition of the car before making travel arrangements. Our sales agent, Paul Edgett, promised a return call as soon as he could personally inspect a few cars he thought would meet our needs. He called back within an hour and told me he had two cars he thought we would like. I flew out to Az. the next morning, was at the agency at 10:00am, test drove the car, inspected the workmanship on the ding repairs and bought the car on the spot. Paul did not waste my time having me look at any car he didn't feel we would be interested in purchasing. We were not going to be able to drive the car home for two weeks so Paul arranged to have it stored on the lot. The follow up customer service with Paul was seamless and it was truly a pleasure to do business with him. I will add that I am a prepared and savvy car buyer so even though Paul's great personality was a bonus, it was his forthright manner that increased our confidence in him. After purchasing both a R8 V10 and an A5, same day from Brad Burnham at Audi North Scottsdale, we started our Audi ownership "on the right foot". Despite the size of the purchase, it was informative, fun, smooth and surprisingly easy. At this level, I would expect no less, but it all was well "above-bar". I got to talking with Brad regarding a Porsche poster that I had in my home office. I traded the Porsche for the R8, and was wondering how I could replace the Porsche art with an R8 image. Brad quickly suggested that once the car is "detailed", that he would go on a brief road trip with me ie 60 miles out to a desert spot he knew of, where he had photographed cars before. I did not realize, but Brad does freelance photography as a hobby. His comment was, we will shoot about 100 shots, create a collage for you to keep, then take the "best one", for blow-up, to be used in your home office. I was shocked with his gesture, and clearly his passion was shining through. After giving it some more thought, I mentioned to Brad that my Porsche art looked like that the image of the car, was shot in a studio, ie like a manufacturer's in-house image. Do you think Brad passed the buck, and let me find one on-line?, not at all, and what he did next is why I am writing. I got an email from Brad saying that he had contacted a friend at the Corporate office in Washington, DC, requesting an R8 wall hanging. Within about two days, Brad emailed me an image that the employee at Corporate had taken of the R8 poster that they agreed to send him. This is so far out of the box I cannot even believe it. Within about a week, Brad called me and said, your picture is here. I picked up the photo, it is very rare, as Brad said that he had never seen that particular shot to date. It is framed and proudly hangs in my home office. I cannot believe that he did all of this on his own. Lastly, Brad also shared that he had recently designed a "showroom quality" garage for himself. His pictures showed recently installed fluorescent lighting, custom cabinets and a shiny gleaming floor. Audi art hung on the walls, and it was clear that it was an enthusiasts garage and reeked of creativity. It was as clean as my kitchen in my home. We went on to talk about various ways that I could bring "this look" to my garage, so as to create the proper dwelling for the R8 and A5. I have since had my garage floors done, and actually had a small construction job done, to free up some space and make it visually more appealing and conducive. I will leave it at that, but I will make one final point, I am an Audi fan for life, not only because of the spectacular products, but because of my salesman's sincere, thoughtful, outstanding service. Anyone considering an Audi, anywhere in the USA, needs to look up Brad Burnham at Audi North Scottsdale, it was simply superb. More
